Where are you from and where do you live?
Born in Toronto, raised in New York and now living in Toronto again :)
What do you do?
I am an artist - trained in photography, with a focus on collage work, as of late. I moved back to Toronto to do cultural programming at a co-working space. There I produced activations focused on: providing a platform for emerging talent and cross-pollinating local artists with those in the States. I’m now doing freelance in both events and art, while cultivating my creative consultant work (and of course, working on Freshmen Friday)!
What is your dream creative project? And what's stopping you from it?
There are so many! But as it’s the New Year I’ve been very focused on goal setting, so I’ll just share some that pertain to my creativity instead…
Co-produce and host at least 3 Cocktails + Conversations events in 2018
Make a coffee book with all previous work/collages/scans and have an art show
Find more opportunities where travel is involved and take tons of photographs while doing it!
Produce a pop-up at Art Basel 2018, primarily comprised of Toronto artists
